We do not disclose confidential information regarding clients or former clients to any outside parties, except as required and/or permitted by law. Within our firm, we restrict access to confidential information about your company only to PF&N personnel who must know the information in order to deliver the services you have requested of us. To safeguard your information, we implement rigorous security measures in our physical offices, company procedures and policies, and computer hardware and software systems. We store all online information on secure servers.

We do not collect personally identifiable information from visitors to our website unless this information is specifically requested by PF&N and knowingly provided by our site visitor. Otherwise, we track only whether a visitor is new or returning to our site by using a cookie that cannot be traced to an individual and only produces data for statistical reporting on site traffic. In addition, our tracking system enables us to determine if a visitor accessed our site from a third-party advertising or listing service. Here, too, information is only for a statistical count of site visits and does not identify an individual visitor.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information about our website visitors. We may share information, as permitted by law only with our affiliates and service providers retained by us to perform services on your behalf. Service providers are never authorized by PF&N to use or disclose visitors’ or clients’ information except as necessary to perform PF&N-requested services or to comply with legal requirements. PF&N may disclose information about you only if we are required to do so by law or legal process, in response to a request from law enforcement authorities or other government officials, or when disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss or in the investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity.

Max Frid

Co-Founder

Max Frid is a co-founder of our firm and its Principal. He has over fifteen years of experience in tax and accounting. Mr. Frid began his career with a Big Four international public accounting firm. Subsequently, he was a corporate finance manager in the headquarters of the Walt Disney Company. Mr. Frid’s expertise includes all types of federal and state tax disputes and controversies, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, research, compliance and consulting services.

A significant part of Mr. Frid’s practice focuses on wholesale and retail distribution, manufacturing, professional services, real estate and technology. He also leads our real estate construction practice. Mr. Frid received his CPA license in California in 1999 and is graduating from Golden Gate University, Master of Science in Taxation program.
